You will act as a liaison between our company and doctors, nurses, occupational & physical therapists, as well as the public.
As a representative of our company, you need to have a patient personality and one that is willing to carefully listen to callers and try to resolve their need/inquiry.
You will be more than just someone who answers calls and redirects them to other employees; you need to have problem-solving skills.
The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
We have been around since 1987 and have a lot of pride in our business; we need someone to join the team that will share the same pride in the workplace! Responsibilities Answer incoming calls and resolve the reason for the call, if possible Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.

Keep records of customer interactions, process customer account transactions and file documents Take medical equipment orders via phone call or fax, send off forms to doctor offices/facilities/hospitals, follow up on the paperwork, check the returned documents for completion, key in patient information, generate paperwork to be signed by the customer, then call the patient for pick up/delivery.
When answering calls, its not a race to see how quickly they can be shuffled to another employee; we are a business that helps people! If you have a curtness to your voice or a tone that would give off a sense of impatience to a caller, our company would not be a good fit.
Skills Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative in a medical/dental/insurance office preferably but will consider someone that has worked in a fast paced environment before Go-getter personality! Strong phone skills and active listener MUST HAVE UP TO DATE COMPUTER SKILLS! Familiarity with Brightree software is a PLUS! Customer oriented and ability to adapt/respond to different types of individuals; its a MUST to be able to maintain your patience with all callers.
Excellent communication and presentation skills; neat appearance/pleasant voice.
