Responsibilities:
Shipping Management:
Ensure timely and accurate processing of customer orders for shipment.
Collaborate with shipping carriers to coordinate pickups and resolve any delivery issues promptly.
Maintain meticulous records of shipments and tracking information.
Kitting:
Execute product assembly and packaging with precision and attention to detail.
Monitor inventory levels of kitting materials and communicate any shortages or discrepancies to the management team.
Customer Service:
Provide courteous and knowledgeable assistance to customers embodying our commitment to exceptional service.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively, striving to exceed their expectations.
Process returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company policies, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, shipping, or logistics is advantageous.
Exemplary communication skills and the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
