SUMMARY:
Clarke Power Services, a leader in large truck maintenance and repair, is searching for a professional VehiCare Sales Account Manager in the Ringgold, GA. area. This individual will be primarily responsible for developing new commercial fleet business in class 4-8 vehicles through the direct sales process. This role will require making cold calls and reporting back to the branch on a regular basis.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: include the following (other duties may be assigned):
Must have proven sales experience, preferably in a vehicle service or diesel environment
Cultivate relationships with decision makers of the customer base to realize fullest potential
Develop market targets and identify strategic opportunity for the greater company
Must be able to self-manage sales territory and recognize the value of team-based initiatives
Must possess the ability to consistently communicate sales activity level with essential team members
Collaborate with operations department on workload, work in process, and scheduled incoming work
Assist operations department in customer updates and the relay of technical information to customers - as required
Basic computer literacy and good verbal communication skills are a necessity
Perform other routine duties and other duties as assigned
Occasional overnight travel may be required
Must live in designated area as listed above

QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILL:
Ability to present effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
Candidate must possess a valid driver's license.

Compensation:
This is a fulltime position; the base range is $40 K- $45 K and a bonus incentive that has potential to be $15 K-$20 K.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
